Accessibility Policy

The purpose of this Accessibility Policy is to ensure NowCorp provides equal access to services, facilities, and digital content for all individuals, including those with disabilities. NowCorp is committed to removing barriers, promoting inclusivity, and creating a culture of accessibility in alignment with applicable accessibility laws and best practices.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All NowCorp employees, contractors, vendors, and partners
  • All aspects of NowCorp’s facilities, digital platforms, and communications
  • All interactions with customers, employees, and the public, including service offerings, digital content, and employment practices

4. Accessibility Standards

NowCorp is committed to meeting and exceeding accessibility standards as set by:

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (if applicable)
  • The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, for digital accessibility
  • Other regional or industry-specific accessibility standards

5. Digital Accessibility

To ensure our digital content and platforms are accessible, NowCorp will:

  • Design and develop websites, apps, and digital content in compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines
  • Regularly audit digital properties for accessibility issues and implement corrective measures where needed
  • Ensure multimedia content, such as videos and audio, includes transcripts, captions, or alternative text

9. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managers: Responsible for ensuring team members understand accessibility requirements and accommodate employee and customer needs where applicable.
  • Accessibility Officer: NowCorp’s designated Accessibility Officer will oversee compliance, monitor changes in accessibility regulations, and implement improvements.

10. Feedback and Improvement

NowCorp welcomes feedback regarding accessibility and encourages customers, employees, and the public to report any accessibility issues. Feedback will be addressed in a timely manner to improve accessibility practices across the organization.
