AMELIA DIVENERE
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Amelia joined Now in 2017 and serves as Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining Now, Amelia worked for Cox Enterprises in various financial leadership roles over 12 years, including VP Financial Operations for Cox Business and VP Finance & Administration at Cox Broadcasting, Inc where she was responsible for finance, accounting, IT, business development and administration. She helped create, launch and manage the Cox/Big Brothers Big Sisters/Woodland Elementary mentor program.

Previously, Amelia worked in Investment Banking in Mergers and Acquisitions for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in London and Los Angeles. She began her career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche in Charlotte, NC concentrating on the utility and publishing industries. She also led a team in the Slovak Republic on the privatization of the country’s electric utility.

She is a member of Capital City Club and her civic commitments include various ministries at her church and several volunteer roles at her son’s school including Co-Chair of The Shoe Drive (collected 7,000 pairs of shoes for Haiti) and 2018 Co-Chair of fundraising for The St. Martin’s Episcopal School Annual Fund.

Amelia is a CPA and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA in Accounting, summa cum laude, from West Virginia University.
