Does my customer know I’m using Now?
Yes, but nothing changes in how they work with you. Your business name stays on the invoice, your terms stay the same, and you stay in control.
The only update is the remittance address, which is revised so the payment goes to Now. The invoice still shows your business as the biller, and your relationship with the customer doesn’t change. Unlike traditional factoring, you don’t reissue the invoice or change the party billed. That means your contracts and customer trust stay intact.
How should I explain using Now to my customers?
Many operators simply say they’re using Now to choose when they get paid. Your customer still receives the same invoice from your business, on the same terms.
